Where to go to watch porn…
I feel so lucky that I’ve managed to get to live in a place like London and lead the life I do. This post made me think where in the world homosexuality is still a criminal offence. I came across this from Wikipedia:
I don’t know how accurate this map is, since I cannot imagine Turkey to be for example a very gay friendly place. I also know that in Greece, conservative as it is (forget what you see in Mykonos), a gay military man or priest wouldn’t be easily accepted. A priest coming out would create such a scandal there, that I am laughing on my own just by thinking about it. It’s so ironic (hypocritical and fake) that there isn’t any politician, athlete or even singer that’s officially said that he or she is gay! The ancient Greeks that lived so many centuries ago were far more open minded than the current society.
Anyway…
On a very (very) different issue, I’m quite pleased with myself because my training for my half-marathon is going well. I tried to test my new shoes yesterday by running for a little more than 17km around West London. Time is running out (actual date of the event is the 7th of March) and I wanted to see whether I’d able to do it. Running this distance on a week day after work proved to me that I can make it. On top of that I might add, before going running and after work, I managed to put in the oven a chicken with potatoes to bake in a mustard / lemon sauce…
I’ve used a cooking bag and the oven was in medium heat, so when I returned from my run (after a couple of hours), the chicken was deliciously ready and my house not burnt!

Women are from Venus, Men are from Mars, Gays are from?
As I’ve mentioned recently, we got internet connection at my new place now. So, I spent some time wandering around to various silly websites. One, of the websites I checked is ‘craiglist’. I don’t know why but I don’t use this website often. I’m familiar with ‘gumtree’ but not with ‘craiglist’...
Anyway, in case you haven’t checked, there are personal ads there as well. I don’t want to comment on the fact about the existence of these ads. What I want to comment is the difference of the ads themselves between gay people, straight men and straight women!
First category – straight men:

There are some ads that are slightly naughty and a bit cheeky like ‘Come to my office for interview. :-)’. There are some slightly more romantic declaring they want a relationship / romance like the ‘young professional male seeks women for romance’. Although he does mention ‘women’ instead of ‘woman’…
In general, I think that sex is implied but never mentioned directly. Some men mention that they are looking for relationship. Most pictures attached are very generic of couples holding hands, faces or even landscapes. Some are slightly more naughty with genitalia shown.
Second category - straight women:

Third Category – gay men:

As seen here words like ‘wank’, ‘suck’, ‘horny’, ‘cocksucker’ and ‘arse’ are mentioned. Sex is bluntly offered with no strings attached. Vast majority of the pictures attached are (as expected) of naked people in various forms of ‘entertainment’. Sometimes you have to admire some people’s creativity in taking pictures…
You really have to look for words like ‘relationship’, ‘companionship’ or ‘date’ which are not easily found. This is not something unexpected if you are gay and been around just a while (not a lot). However, I find it a little bit sad. There are gay people out there wanting more than a blowjob in a Eurostar train. How difficult is it for them to find it?
And even if you are one of the adventurous ones needing a shag in the train home, is that bad? Do you lose your dignity by trying to get what you want?
And it’s not like gay men are sexually repressed and can only find sex online… From ‘grindr’ to dark rooms, sex is everywhere… I’m not a sociologist or a psychologist but it troubles me a bit. A gay man’s sexuality, in a way, defines a major part of his life, but to what extend?
I’ve also checked the ‘women seeking women’ link. There are so few ads there. On average, each day of the week has one or two ads tops. Aren’t there enough lesbians to post ads or do they just find other ways to look for what they want?
(I do apologise for the quality of the print previews)

I’ve been very naughty!!!
I’ve recently started talking with an old boyfriend of mine, the ‘Brazilian’. He’s a nice guy and we had our fun in bed, but we weren’t very compatible outside of it. We separated our ways after a couple of months of dating. A couple of weeks ago, we started talking again. We went clubbing together in XXL and we had fun. We have decided that nothing serious would come out of this. To be honest I also wanted to expand my circle of gay friends and I know that the ‘Brazilian’ is very well connected.
Last week, I chatted with the ‘Brazilian’ about going out on Friday and he suggested going to one of his mate’s birthday gathering. His mate is Greek and I wanted to get to know him, so I agreed. We also agreed that I would spend the night at his place after the party.
The gathering took place in a very nice gay pub. By the time we arrived there, most of the people were tipsy already and moving to the rhythm provided by the dj. It didn’t take us long to catch up with the drinks. I met some really interesting people (I didn’t know anyone), some of which I would like to meet again and get to know more. I was having fun, kept on drinking and making small talk with some folks.
After a while, I was mostly chatting with a really cute guy (exactly my type), the ‘teacher’. We were talking about general things like work, living arrangements, place of origins etc. We were slightly flirting as well. After the pints turned into vodka, the flirting bit got a little bit too serious, with the ‘Brazilian’ also taking part in it. We ended up group hugging right in front of the bar (I’m not really proud of that bit – sorry if you were there to watch it) and hmmm, let’s say touching each other underneath clothes (I blame the drinks from Russia)…
After a while, the three of us decided upon leaving and going to the ‘Brazilian’s place which was closer. That is when the real fun began! It was my first time being with two guys at the same time and I have to say it’s a really nice experience. I’m generally kind of shy (really), not being dating guys for long and never had the chance before, but I’ve been curious about it for a long time. For some this might sound like old news, but it me it was something. I also blame Mike’s blogs that I've been reading recently about it as well (I’m kidding) for making me even more curious.

I loved the fact that it happened gradually and normally. It wasn’t prearranged or talked about online to cause me any kind of stress or nervousness. I was also feeling quite safe since I knew the ‘Brazilian’.
The only problem I found was the sleeping bit. After some hours of fun, we were dead tired and wanted to get some sleep. Three people of our size could just not fit! I don’t know how the others did it and dozed off quickly, I was left there, looking at the ceiling, not being able to move an inch. I’m sorry but I need my space when I go to bed. At the beginning I twist and turn a bit to find my position. That procedure gets even more difficult in a strange, unfamiliar bed. I need space and I don’t want people touching me much. I feel trapped since I don’t want to wake them up by moving so I get a bit frustrated. That’s what happened that day as well.
So, I decided to get up, get dressed and go. I don’t think that was very polite and I probably missed some morning action, but I couldn’t just stay there. I kissed them both goodbye, told them I had early arrangements (kind of true) and left.
The whole experience was very nice, left all happy the next day (even if tired) and I recommend to people that haven’t tried. After telling my friend ‘gb’ the next day, I was left with the question. Does a threesome count as an orgy or not?

This and That…
Yesterday, I asked from a client (whose anonymity of course I’ll protect) to send me a ‘Print Screen’ image of his desktop to check about a problem. He is a middle aged man working from home. He sent the wanted image to me. Apart from our software he was running Mozilla Firefox, Minesweeper and Microsoft Word. What he didn’t notice was the fact that the tags from Firefox were readable even when minimized and that most of his windows were about porn! I was tempted to make a comment about it to him but I thought otherwise. I could of course be wrong and web pages titled ‘Fresh Pussy’ concerned something completely different and I just have a dirty mind (I do, but that’s another issue).
(We did laugh a bit with that with ONLY a couple of colleagues)
At the evening I went to see ‘The Royal Realist’ at Riverside Studio. It’s a poignant love story of two young men from diverse backgrounds who are being pulled apart by cultural barriers and family allegiances during the major social changes in the early 1960s. All the actors taking part in it were very good and the plot even if without any surprises or twists was interesting. The dialogs were well written and there were many moments that the audience laughed with jokes concerning family ties, old traditional ways and people from the North. The play is performed in a very small theatre and most of the audience was just some meters away from the actors. That fact made the whole experience more captivating and pleasant.
This morning, while going to work I stopped at ‘PrĂȘt A Manger’ for breakfast (I forgot to buy milk yesterday). I was sitting inside on a stool and there was a guy outside sitting on a table in front of me working on his laptop. Me being a bit higher I was able to take a glimpse (unintentionally of course) to what he was doing. He was having a voice call to (probably) his wife. Their baby was also visible waving frantically to the camera. It was amazingly sweet. The guy was actually laughing and crying! It was such a wonderful picture. It was happiness personified…
