I digress. When she passed out the trip evaluations at the end of the tour, she asked that everyone be fair by not listing complaints that they did not tell her about. Her comment was "It is not fair to write a negative comment about me or the tour if you did not tell me and give me the opportunity to correct the problem." And she was right.
